2. Services

Scale Re Inc provides precision manufacturing services including but not limited to CNC machining, custom fabrication, prototype development, production runs, quality control and inspection, and assembly services. All manufacturing work is subject to separate purchase orders, quotes, and manufacturing agreements between Scale Re Inc and the customer.

3. Quotes and Orders

Quotes provided by Scale Re Inc are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the specifications, materials, and quantities provided at the time of quoting. Changes to specifications, materials, or quantities may require a revised quote. An order is considered accepted only upon written confirmation from Scale Re Inc.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Scale Re Inc and is protected by intellectual property laws. Customer-provided designs, drawings, and specifications remain the property of the customer. Scale Re Inc will maintain confidentiality of all customer designs and proprietary information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale Re Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

6. Quality and Warranties

Scale Re Inc warrants that all manufactured parts will conform to the agreed-upon specifications and drawings. Claims for non-conformance must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Our liability for non-conforming parts is limited to replacement or repair of the defective parts at our discretion.

Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
